    MFY-01 is applicable for the sealing test of products, through the test we can effectively compare and evaluate the sealing technology and performance of the flexible package products. It is the ideal testing equipment used in the industry of food, plastic package, wet tissue, pharmacy and daily chemical.

    Flexible package bag, hard package bottle, medicine bottle, metal can, bubble cap package, composite package.

     

    Technical characteristics:

     

     The system adopts test vacuum degree digital preset and time vacuum 

    holding to ensure the accuracy of the test data.

     It adopts world-famous imported SMC pneumatic component to ensure a

    steady and reliable performance.

     It adopts automatically constant pressure air supply which further enables the

    test can be conducted under the condition of preset vacuum.

     The professional software has the functions of automatic blowback unloading 

    and automatic test ending which can ensure the test to be conducted smoothly.

     The system is controlled by microcomputer and equipped with LCD screen

    and PVC operation board which provides the users with convenience to

    rapidly conduct the test and view data.

     

    Test principle:

     

    Through vacuumizing to the vacuum chamber, the inside and outside pressure differential of the sample which is immersed in water are generated, we can observe the gas escaping inside the sample to evaluate its sealing performance. We can also observe the expansion of the sample and the restoration condition for the shape of the sample after releasing the vacuum to evaluate the sealing performance of the sample.

    Equipment brief introduction:

     

    1. It adopts the sealing test standard of GB/T 15171 for flexible package which exclusively tests the the sealing performance of the flexible package products. Generate vacuum environment using the negative pressure principle which makes the vacuum environment steady and reduce the test error to the max extent.

     

    2. It adopts Japan's original pneumatic component from SMC company ( filter pressure reducing valve, vacuum generator, LCD pressure gage, air filter, two bidirectional electromagnetic valves ). The vacuum degree and time can be set according to the requirements within the permission range ( strictly conforms to the standard of GB/T 15171, different from the bursting test, it is especially applicable for quality testing organization and research department ).

     

    3. The operation is easy and visualized. It adopts advanced vacuum generator which changes the positive pressure into negative pressure to form a steady air source that has avoided the disadvantages of pulsation and high level of oil impurities for the traditional vacuum pump. The high precision electronic pressure sensor displays the vacuum degree in the test container in real time, the system is controlled by microcomputer, the test parameters ( vacuum degree, holding time ) can be set at will.

     

    4. The test method conforms to GB/T 15171 that we put appropriate distilled water in the vacuum chamber and then immerse it into the water. At the moment, the distance between the sample top and water surface must not be less than 25 mm. Cover the vacuum chamber with a sealing cap and set to one of the following value: 20, 30, 50, 90 kPa and keep this vacuum degree for 30s. The vacuum degree is set according to the features of the samples ( such as the packaging material and sealing condition ) or the standards of products.

     

    5. During the test process, we must carefully observe the leaking condition of the sample when the vacuum forms and it keeps and whether generating continuous bubble ( not considering as leakage when isolated bubble appears ). We can evaluate the quality of the packaging bag through its leakproofness and then evaluating the reasonability of the packaging technology.
